CAD/CAM Design for Amazing Accuracy

Our CAD/CAM tools are a key part of our digital repair process, letting us accurately design and make replacement parts. Our CAD/CAM software has special repair tools that make the process smoother. These tools can automatically find problems in scanned prosthetics and suggest the best way to fix them, greatly cutting down on hand-work and the time it takes. We use CAD/CAM systems to design and make custom trays and guides that fit the patient perfectly. This is especially helpful for repairs where a perfect fit is needed to make the repair last a long time. We use top-quality plastics (e.g., PMMA, PEEK), hybrid ceramics, and strong composite resins for our milled or printed repair parts. These materials are stronger, last longer against wear, and look better than traditional repair materials. The repair parts we make with CAD/CAM have a very tight fit (with gaps as small as 20-40 microns), which is much better than old-fashioned hand-repair methods. This accuracy means the prosthetic lasts longer and is more comfortable for the patient.

Using 3D Printing for Lab Parts

We mostly use Stereolithography (SLA) and Digital Light Processing (DLP) printers because they print in high detail with a smooth finish, which is very important for accurate dental work.

Custom Trays: We print custom impression trays using special materials made to be strong and safe for the body. This makes sure the mold is very accurate for difficult repairs.
Working Models: Our 3D-printed models are very accurate (within ±50 microns), giving us an exact copy of the patient’s mouth to plan and check the repair. This accuracy is key to getting a perfect fit.
Material and Post-Processing: We use special dental materials for each job, making sure they are safe for the body and have the right strength. All printed parts go through a careful finishing process, including washing and UV light curing, to make them fully strong and safe to use.
