Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM)
Once the design is ready, the digital file goes to our modern manufacturing facility. It is filled with many different 3D printing and milling machines. Our equipment is carefully chosen for its accuracy, speed, and ability to work with many materials. We use different 3D printing methods, with each one being right for a certain dental job:
- Stereolithography (SLA)

Post-Processing and Finishing
After printing or milling, every piece goes through careful finishing steps. For 3D printed parts, this includes:
- Washing: Using special alcohol baths to clean off any uncured liquid resin. If not washed properly, leftover liquid can remain, which can affect safety and strength.
- Curing: Using UV light to harden the part (405 nm, 10–30 min, 60–80°C). This step is very important for getting the best strength, durability, and safety for the body. If not fully cured, the part can be up to 40% weaker and can be more harmful to cells.
- Polishing: This is a key step for any part that goes in the mouth. It creates a smooth surface (Ra <0.2 μm) that reduces plaque buildup and wear.
These careful finishing steps make sure that every product we make is safe, strong, and looks great.
