Oxyboss OB-H402

Two-Person Hard Shell Hyperbaric Chamber

A seated two-person hard shell hyperbaric chamber with an adjustable 1.1–2.0 ATA range, a one-cabinet 3-in-1 oxygen module, and an all-aluminum shell that fits in roughly 3 m² of floor space. Two full-height seats, two independent 10 L/min oxygen feeds, and one quiet session at a time.

Looking at a 2.0 ATA hyperbaric chamber for sale for a studio, a wellness room, or a shared household setup? The OB-H402 is the two-person configuration in our hard-shell line. Request a quote and a real person on our side will reply within one business day.

Built for a Two-Person Session

Three real-world situations the OB-H402 is sized and priced around:
  • At home, for a couple or a parent and a teenage child. One cabinet, two seats, a single install, a single warranty. The same hardware a solo user would buy, with the second seat added.
  • For a caregiver and a client. A spouse, carer or trainer stays inside through the session — eye contact, intercom, and the ability to pause at any time without leaving the room.
  • In a studio with throughput goals. Two paying guests per session instead of one, same session length, same operator time. If the room runs six slots a day, the second seat changes the math on how a studio pays for itself.

One 3-in-1 Oxygen Module, Not Three Machines

The OB-H402 pairs with a single external cabinet that holds the concentrator, the compressor and the climate module. One trunk line connects it to the chamber. No separate concentrator to source, no third-party compressor to match, no window A/C to retrofit.

Inside the Two-Person Hard Shell Hyperbaric Chamber

Open, bright, and designed around how a two-person session actually feels.

A seated or reclined position, your pick

The one-piece electric double sofa adjusts smoothly between upright seating and a half-reclined position. The internal cabin height is 170 cm externally, so sessions are taken seated or reclined, not standing. The adjustment is continuous, so each occupant finds their own angle.
Interior padding is a flame-retardant, anti-static composite textile. The floor is anti-static dissipative, and no bare electrical components are exposed inside the cabin. Everything a person touches wipes down with a neutral medical-grade cleaner.
A full-arch glazed door plus two circular side windows let in daylight and give occupants a view out — which, from user feedback on earlier chambers, is the single biggest difference between a session people keep booking and a session they skip.
A hard-wired intercom sits next to the seat, so a person inside can reach whoever is outside without raising their voice.

Mirrored Controls Inside and Outside

A 10-inch touch panel sits beside the seat; an identical panel sits on the oxygen module. The same screen, same page, same buttons — pressure, time, temperature. A commercial operator can run the panel from outside; a home user can run it from inside. A dedicated operator is not required.Controls live on one page. No nested menus to train for, and English is supported on the dual 10-inch panel out of the box.

What a Session Looks Like

The OB-H402 runs on a predictable timeline. The numbers below are typical for a session set at 2.0 ATA:
  • Pressurization — 10-15 minutes. The cabin fills with compressed air up to 2.0 ATA. Occupants put on nasal cannulas or masks; both ears equalize with slow swallowing or a gentle Valsalva.
  • Steady state — 60–90 minutes. Pressure holds. Each occupant breathes 90% ± 3% oxygen at 10 L/min through their own mask. The cabin itself stays near room-air oxygen concentration, which is the structural reason the 24% in-cabin alarm matters.
  • Depressurization — about 10 minutes. The system vents in a controlled curve to ambient.
  • Door release. Once pressure reads ambient, the door releases from inside or outside manually.
  • Between sessions — 20–30 minutes. The cabin airs out, surfaces wipe down, filters stay clean, and the oxygen module cools.

Single-session guideline: up to 2 hours at steady pressure. Daily throughput depends on the oxygen module, not on the chamber itself.

The 2.0 ATA ceiling is the same pressure range the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society’s HBO Indications, 14th Edition describes for clinical hyperbaric settings. The OB-H402 is a personal wellness product, not a clinical device — it reaches that pressure because 2.0 ATA is the design ceiling for a hard-shell civilian chamber, not because the chamber plays any clinical role.

Safety without a Power Source

Not one of the OB-H402’s primary safety components depends on electronics or on grid power. In a blackout, a controller fault, or any unexpected event, they do what they were designed to do:
  • Manual mechanical relief valve, inside and outside. Occupants can start a controlled vent from inside the cabin; an operator can do the same from outside. No power needed.
  • Automatic overpressure relief. Opens on its own if cabin pressure rises past the setpoint, releases ≈ 3 kPa, and resets. Independent of the digital controller.
  • Pressure-assisted door seal. The door seal is pressed tighter by cabin pressure itself — higher pressure, tighter seal — so a loss of control power does not create a leak path.
  • Door release. Once pressure reads ambient, the door opens manually from either side.

We follow the FDA’s reminder that hyperbaric oxygen chambers should be operated per the manufacturer’s written instructions — see the FDA Safety Communication on safe use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy devices (reposted by UHMS). The manual that ships with the chamber mirrors that guidance, including the recommendation that occupants wear hyperbaric-compatible attire (close-fitting cotton; no synthetic fleece).

Install, Power, and Shipping

On local service in Europe. Oxyboss does not operate a European after-sales center yet. Service runs on remote troubleshooting plus air-freight spare parts; a UK team is in build. If you need a local service contract from day one, flag it in your quote request and we will match you with a partner. Warranty and Support

  • 3-year warranty on the hard-shell chamber and on the 3-in-1 oxygen source. Consumables and normal-wear parts are excluded.
  • Covered repairs: faulty non-consumable parts replaced at no cost. Air-freight on the replacement part is on Oxyboss during the warranty period.
  • Out of warranty: replacement parts remain available at factory cost; technical support continues for the life of the unit.
  • Fault response: confirmation of the issue within 48 hours of photos or video reaching us; typical dispatch of the replacement part within 3–5 days of fault confirmation. 24/7 online technical support sits behind that.
  • Training: free 1-on-1 online video onboarding, user manual, and operation videos. A training certificate is issued on completion.

FAQ

Common Questions

Two full-size seats on one electric sofa, inside an interior sized at 200 × 148 cm. Each seat has its own mask line at 10 L/min — the same per-person oxygen flow a single-seat Oxyboss chamber delivers.

No. The OB-H402 is a general wellness product. It does not carry an FDA 510(k) clearance and is not marketed as treatment for any condition. Clinical hyperbaric settings are a separate category of device with a different regulatory pathway.

If you can visit China, the showroom in Shenzhen is open by appointment. For anywhere else, we send session walkthroughs, interior videos, and a live video call with the engineering team — ingress, controls, seating, and exterior connections included.

A dedicated operator is not required. The identical touch panels inside and outside let a trained user run the session on their own. Studios typically still station a staff member nearby for the first few sessions and for guest reassurance.

Yes. We are the manufacturer. The 2.0 ATA chamber ships from Shenzhen on DDP terms — duties and clearance on our side, final-mile handling on yours. Pricing goes out by quote; one of our team replies to a quote request within one business day.

Included: the chamber, the 3-in-1 oxygen module, inside/outside touch screens, hoses, standard masks, interior padding, and the electric double sofa. Not included: optional BIBS mask upgrade, extended warranty beyond three years, and final-mile handling into the room.

Photos or video on first contact. Remote troubleshooting within 48 hours. If a part needs swapping, the replacement part ships via air freight — paid by Oxyboss within the warranty window — and 24/7 support sits with the engineering team through the fix.

Low-voltage personal electronics (under 24 V) are fine. Open-flame items and lighters are not.
