Integrated 3-in-1 Oxygen Source

Most home hyperbaric chambers on the market — including the ones people compare us with — ship as a chamber only. The oxygen concentrator, the air compressor, and the air conditioner are three separate boxes you’re expected to source, plumb, and maintain yourself. The OB-H301 skips all of that. Compression, oxygen generation, and interior climate control all live in one cabinet — Oxyboss’s third-generation 3-in-1 oxygen source, engineered for continuous operation.

1.4 m² projected footprint

The chamber measures 140 × 100 × 190 cm — about the floor space of a single-person massage chair, and low enough to slip into a room corner or a spa treatment nook without renovation. This is what makes the OB-H301 a genuine small hyperbaric chamber for tight spaces, not a marketing label.
The pressure vessel is Q235 industrial-grade carbon steel — chosen because it holds shape under repeated pressurization cycles day after day. In a home the chamber may run once a day; in a wellness studio it may run six times. The material spec is the same either way.
Two door orientations to fit different room layouts and use patterns. Choose at order.
The interior seat is upholstered in polyamide fabric — sweat-resistant, oil-resistant, alcohol-tolerant for cleaning between sessions. The cushions are modular, so a single worn panel can be swapped without replacing the whole seat.
The interior walls are lined with anti-static fiber to dissipate any static charge from clothing or movement — one of the mechanisms the FDA safety communication of August 2025 flagged as a fire risk factor in poorly designed chambers. (FDA safety communication on hyperbaric chamber fires)
The chamber has multiple external windows, so the interior stays bright and open. Users who worry about claustrophobia usually find the sit-down format significantly easier than a capsule.

Compact Chamber, No Compromise on The Experience

Chamber design decides both structural stability and how the user actually feels during a session. The OB-H301 is engineered around three principles: flexible deployment, straightforward daily operation, and long-run mechanical stability. It’s compact — but nothing about the interior experience is scaled down to get there.

Mirrored Controls, Inside And Outside

The OB-H301 has two synchronized 10-inch touchscreens — one mounted inside the chamber next to the user, one on the outside of the 3-in-1 cabinet. Both screens display the same real-time information and accept the same inputs:
  • Pressure setpoint and current pressure
  • Session timer
  • Interior temperature
  • Oxygen concentration
  • Alarm status

Every control lives on one screen. No nested menus, no submenu diving to change a setting. Training time is measured in minutes, not sessions.

The chamber also ships with a two-way intercom between the interior and exterior — used when someone else is running the equipment or when the user simply wants to talk without opening the door.

The practical outcome is that the user can operate a session solo. No dedicated technician needed on the outside.

Passive Safety Design

The OB-H301’s safety features are designed to work without power. In an outage, a lightning strike, or a short circuit, purely mechanical mechanisms take over — 100% coverage, no electronic dependency.

Automatic pressure relief valve

Pure mechanical spring construction. When chamber pressure exceeds the setpoint, the valve opens and bleeds pressure until equilibrium is restored, then closes. The cycle repeats throughout the session — that’s how the chamber holds a stable target pressure.

Manual pressure regulator

A tactile fine-adjustment knob for user-controlled pressure changes during the session.

Emergency pressure release

A single-action release opens a large-diameter vent for rapid depressurization in 30–60 seconds. Both interior and exterior control locations.

Self-locking pressure door

The chamber door uses interior pressure to hold itself sealed — the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal. When pressure fully vents to ambient, the door releases and can be opened by hand from either side.

Fire-retardant, anti-static interior

No exposed electrical components inside the chamber. Anti-static flooring throughout.
The chamber pressurizes with compressed air, not oxygen — chamber interior air stays close to normal room oxygen concentration. The 90% ± 3% oxygen flows through the mask or nasal cannula only, delivered directly to the user’s breathing zone. This is the single most important safety design difference between a well-engineered mild hyperbaric chamber and the incident cases the FDA has reported.

Why Choose Oxyboss

Oxyboss has manufactured hyperbaric chambers for 20+ years and ships to buyers in 130+ countries and regions — wellness operators, medical resellers, and individual home users. Here’s what that experience means for your order.

What's Included in Every OB-H301

Every OB-H301 order ships as a complete, ready-to-run system. Nothing else needs to be purchased separately.

Optional add-ons: BIBS system, 20 L concentrator upgrade for extended sessions, custom logo, custom color, extended hose kit.
  • The chamber — pre-assembled at the factory, ready to place
  • The 3-in-1 oxygen source cabinet — concentrator, compressor, air conditioner in one unit
  • Plug-and-play cabling between the chamber and the oxygen source (standard length, extendable to 5–7 m on request)
  • Pre-shipment video walk-around of your specific unit before it leaves the warehouse
  • Interior modular PA sofa with anti-static lining
  • One-on-one online video training session with a factory technician (training certificate available on request)
  • Interior and exterior 10-inch synchronized touchscreens
  • Two-way interior/exterior intercom
  • Oxygen mask and consumables for first-session setup

Ideal Use Cases

The OB-H301 is designed for buyers who need a single person hyperbaric chamber that:
  • Fits into a spare bedroom, home office, or wellness room without renovation
  • Runs on standard 110V / 220V / 240V outlets — no special electrical work
  • Sits up rather than lies down — for reading, tablet use, or working during a session
  • Handles daily use over 8–10 years of expected service life
  • Works for both a private home and a small commercial wellness or recovery studio

Common deployment scenarios: home wellness rooms, boutique recovery studios, SPA and salon back-of-house, gym add-on services, dealer showrooms.

If you need a two-person seat, the H402 double shell or D201 cylinder are the closer fit. If you need to fold the chamber away between uses, look at the S158 or S159 soft-shell instead.

FAQ

OB-H301 Questions

The OB-H301 is a mini hyperbaric chamber — 140 × 100 × 190 cm, 1.4 m² footprint. Small enough to fit a spare room, structurally rated for the full 1.1–2.0 ATA operating range.

Two different product classes. Inflatable soft-shell chambers cap out at 1.5 ATA, weigh 18–24 kg, and fold down for storage. The OB-H301 is a hard-shell chamber — Q235 carbon steel pressure vessel, 600 kg, 2.0 ATA ceiling, designed for permanent installation and long-term daily operation.

No. We sell as a personal wellness device, not a medical device. That said — see “Who shouldn’t use one” below, and talk to your physician if anything on that list applies to you. The fact that we don’t require a prescription doesn’t mean the safety list doesn’t matter.

No. Clinical monoplace chambers pressurize the entire interior with 100% oxygen at 2.0–3.0 ATA, cost $94,000+, and are used in hospitals under a trained technician. The OB-H301 pressurizes with compressed air, delivers 90% oxygen through a mask, and is designed for home and small commercial wellness use. Different product class.

The chamber itself occupies 1.4 m². The 3-in-1 oxygen source adds another 0.42 m². Total footprint about 1.9 m², plus 50 cm of clearance above the chamber for ventilation and access to the relief valve. Ceiling height 200 cm minimum, 210 cm recommended.

The chamber ships as a single assembled unit. Front-to-back it’s 140 cm; you’ll need a doorway at least 105 cm wide to clear the 100 cm chamber body plus handling clearance. Measure your doorways, hallway turns, and any stair corners before ordering — we can send exact packaged dimensions and weight for your route.

The chamber and oxygen source together draw about 2.2 kWh per hour of operation. At the 2026 US residential average of about $0.17/kWh, that’s roughly $0.37 per hour. Add periodic consumables (filter, door seal, sieve) and you’re looking at low-double-digit dollars per month for daily home use.

Talk to your physician before your first session if any of the following applies:

  • Ear problems (perforated eardrum, ear tubes, middle-ear surgery, difficulty equalizing pressure)
  • A cold, sinus infection, or active allergies
  • Lung conditions (history of collapsed lung, COPD, emphysema, uncontrolled asthma, recent chest surgery)
  • Heart or blood vessel conditions (uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart failure, recent heart attack, arrhythmia)
  • History of seizures
  • Recent eye surgery, especially procedures using a gas bubble
  • Pregnancy
  • An implanted pacemaker or neurostimulator (check with the device manufacturer first)
  • Severe claustrophobia
  • Under 18 (should only be used under physician guidance and adult supervision)
  • Currently unwell, dehydrated, or under the influence of alcohol or sedatives
  • Taking medication that may interact with elevated pressure or oxygen

If any of this applies, don’t guess — ask your doctor. Consult a physician before your first session. Not needing a prescription is about product classification, not about whether this list matters. It matters.
