Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Oxyboss collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to answer your questions, prepare quotations and support our customers and partners.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Oxyboss (Shenzhen Aobo Health Technology Co., Ltd.), Zhongcheng Life Science Park, Phase I, Kengzi Subdistrict, Pingshan District, Shenzhen, China. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

For any privacy question or request, email us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Quote and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, country, the type of buyer you are (for example personal use, spa, clinic or distributor) and anything you write in your message.
  • Direct contact: information you share when you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, such as your name, contact details, company details and the content of your messages.
  • Business relationships: if you become a customer or partner, the details needed to prepare quotations, contracts, invoices, shipping and after-sales support (for example company name, delivery address and order history).

Please do not send us sensitive information, such as details about your health, through our forms or messages. We do not need it to answer product or business questions.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting server and our security and delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and protect it from abuse.
  • Spam protection: our forms use a spam-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that looks at technical signals from your browser to tell real visitors from automated bots.
  • Fonts: some fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.
  • Videos: our videos are hosted on YouTube. We show a preview image from our own server, and the YouTube player (in its privacy-enhanced mode) only loads when you click play. From that point, YouTube (Google) receives technical data such as your IP address and may set cookies according to its own privacy policy.

3. Cookies

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The site only uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to work securely, such as security cookies set by Cloudflare to filter malicious traffic. If you choose to play one of our videos, YouTube may set its own cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

4. How we use your information

  • To answer your enquiries and send you product information, recommendations and quotations.
  • To process orders, arrange shipping, and provide warranty and after-sales support.
  • To manage relationships with distributors, dealers and other business partners.
  • To keep our website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and fix technical problems.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To send you news or offers about our products, but only if you have agreed to this. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Legal bases (for visitors in the EU, UK and similar regions)

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Taking steps before or performing a contract: when we respond to a quote request or fulfil an order.
  • Legitimate interests: when we answer general enquiries, maintain business relationships and keep our website secure. We balance these interests against your rights.
  • Legal obligation: when we must keep records for tax, accounting or other legal reasons.
  • Consent: for marketing emails and any optional cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

6. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when needed, with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting provider, Cloudflare (security, content delivery and spam protection) and our email provider. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
  • Logistics and shipping partners, when we need to deliver products to you.
  • Authorized local distributors or service partners in your region, when this is needed to answer your enquiry or provide after-sales service. We will let you know when this applies.
  • Authorities or advisers, when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. International transfers

Oxyboss is based in China, and our service providers may process data in other countries. This means your information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own, including China, which may have different data protection laws. When we transfer personal information, we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this policy and applicable law.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to answer your request and maintain our business relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact with you. Information related to orders, contracts and invoices is kept for as long as required by tax and accounting laws. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or update it;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • object to or ask us to restrict how we use it;
  • ask us to send it to you or another company in a common format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and spam and abuse protection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to people who need it.

11. Children

Our website and products are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other websites

Our website links to other websites, such as standards organizations, regulators and articles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, so please review their privacy policies.
