For dental practices

Send a case

Digital or physical, first case or five-hundredth — here is exactly how your case reaches our bench.

Three ways to send

Choose whatever fits your workflow.

Send a digital scan

Export from TRIOS, iTero, Medit, CEREC or any system that writes open STL/PLY files and send it to our digital inbox. No models, no postage, no waiting.

Ship a physical case

Box the impressions or models with a completed RX, attach a prepaid label and drop it off. We confirm arrival the day the case lands on our bench.

Schedule a pickup

Have a courier collect from your practice. Tell us the address and the window that suits your day and we arrange the rest.

Send a case request

Labels, pickups and supplies.

Fill this in and our case coordinator replies within one business day with everything you asked for.

Supplies & pickups

Everything you need, on us.

RX prescription pads

Printed pads for your operatory, or a fillable PDF to attach to digital cases.

Prepaid shipping labels

A book of labels so you never pay to send a case to us.

Case boxes & pouches

Sturdy boxes, bags and bubble wrap sized for impressions, models and appliances.

New doctor kit

Shade guide, RX pad, labels, boxes and a first single-unit case on us.

Prescription checklist

What to include with the case.

A complete RX keeps the case moving. If anything is unclear, a technician calls your practice before work starts rather than guessing.

  • Doctor and practice name, plus a phone number we can reach during the day.
  • Patient reference or chart number — no full patient records needed.
  • Restoration type, tooth numbers, material and shade.
  • Implant system, platform and component details for implant cases.
  • Requested delivery date, and the opposing arch or bite record when relevant.
