Founded in 2012, Istar Dental Lab is a professional China dental lab with manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen and Huizhou, China.
We specialize in producing high-quality dental restorations for dental laboratories, clinics, dentists, and DSOs across North America and Europe.
As a factory-direct dental laboratory, we manage the entire manufacturing process in our own facilities, combining advanced digital technology, skilled craftsmanship, and strict quality control.

Inside Our Dental Lab
Every crown, bridge, denture, and implant restoration we deliver is manufactured in our own facilities.
We are a direct manufacturer, not a trading company. From digital design to final inspection, every stage is handled by our in-house production teams.
Our manufacturing process integrates five key stages:

CAD Design — Digital restoration design using Exocad and 3Shape.
Precision Manufacturing — Milling and processing zirconia, ceramics, PMMA, and metal alloys.
Hand Finishing — Ceramic layering, glazing, polishing, and detailed finishing.
