Where can I find my tracking number?+
Check the shipping confirmation sent by our team. If you cannot find it, email [email protected] with your case reference.
Why is there no tracking update yet?+
Tracking information appears when the carrier scans the shipment. Updates may take time to appear after a label is created or while a parcel is between facilities.
What if my shipment is delayed?+
Review the carrier’s latest update, then contact our team with your tracking number and case reference so we can help you follow up.
Is my case number the same as my tracking number?+
No. Please enter the courier tracking number from your shipping confirmation. An internal case reference cannot be used to track a parcel here.
